Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior restaurant experience necessary
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- ability to lift moderate weights up to 25 pounds
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the country
- willingness to comply with all company policies and health regulations

Job Duties
- wash dishes and kitchen utensils to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
- operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
- organize and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen work area
- assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed to support food preparation
- manage waste and recycling according to health and safety guidelines
- restock clean dishes and utensils for timely use during service
- adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
