Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Quickly, efficiently, quietly and thoroughly clean all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
- Clean and maintain the dish machine
- Maintain safe, clean and sanitary conditions in the dish area, kitchen area and garbage/dock area
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Assist kitchen staff when needed
- Handle waste disposal properly
- Follow all health and safety regulations
