Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or food service environment preferred but not required
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check is required
- Must maintain professional conduct and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and stable work environment
- Possession of a valid California driver’s license is required and must be maintained throughout employment

Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and flatware using proper equipment and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including floors, walls, appliances, sinks, and worktables
- Properly dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers
- Replenish clean dishware and utensils to service and prep areas
- Operate dishwashing machines and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with basic food prep tasks, including safe handling of kitchen tools and ingredients
- Stock, organize, and rotate kitchen supplies and food items
- Provide support during banquets and events with line restocking and cleanup duties
- Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of the position
