Job Duties
- Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
- communicates clearly
- knowledge of basic dish machine operations
- assumes 100 percent responsibility for cleanliness of dishes, glassware tableware, pans, utensils, etc.
- lift, place, and then remove loaded racks of dishes, glassware, etc., into and from dish machine
- wash pots, pans and trays by hand when necessary
- remove and empty loaded trash cans into proper receptacle
- clean floors at end of night
- comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
- maintains a clean, sanitary workstation to include tables, shelves, floors, equipment, etc.
- completes required tasks within assigned time frames
- assists in other areas of facility performing maintenance, cleanliness, etc. as assigned
- follows all opening/closing procedures for dish area as assigned
- able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
- able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
