Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
  • Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items that weigh up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Must pass background and drug screening as required by company policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensures proper and safe handling and storage of equipment, returning equipment to appropriate location
  • Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas
  • Cleans and maintains sanitation areas and organizes cleaning supplies including hanging up mops and brooms
  • Organizes supply rack, including pots, pans, serving spoons, utensils, etc
  • Operates cleaning equipment and tools to ensure only clean and sanitary items are used in the kitchen, including operating the dish machine, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor
  • Racks dirty items (silverware, plates, glassware, etc)
  • Inspects, pulls, and stacks cleaned items
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • Contribute to team goals
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures
