- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or dishwashing preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- capacity to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Job Duties
- clean dishes and restaurant equipment using a three compartment sink
- cut potatoes and assist with food prep
- deliver prepped items to the cooking line
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area
- adhere to all operational procedures and hygiene standards
- support team members with back-of-house tasks
- ensure a hazard-free work environment
