Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience preferred
- ability to follow directions
- excellent oral communication and listening skills
- ability to perform moderate physical work including lifting up to 40 lbs
- ability to stand and perform tasks for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare tableware for washing and remove food residue
- set up dishwashing machine and check supplies
- prepare glassware for washing and sort accordingly
- dry and polish glassware with clean towels
- clean dishwashing equipment and work areas
- collect and dispose of garbage from dining and kitchen areas
- clean and sanitize garbage cans
- keep record of broken dishes and maintain kitchen floor cleanliness
- maintain cleanliness and organization per Food & Beverage Manual
- complete opening and closing checklists
- conduct daily safety and presentation walk-throughs
- protect club assets
- operate within Hampton Golf guidelines and policies
