Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen work preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift heavy items
- good hygiene practices
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties
- operate dishwasher
- look out for and report repair needs
- wash glassware by hand when necessary
- empty and clean trash and recycling bins
- rotate dishes
- clean dish storage
- assist kitchen staff as needed
