Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid Food Handlers Card for specified states
- ability to perform physical duties including standing, lifting, and manual labor
- familiarity with cleaning chemicals and sanitation practices
- commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid Food Handlers Card for California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, or Virginia
- knowledge of dish machine chemicals and cleaning procedures
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Sweep and mop floors
- wipe down workstations, walls, and furniture
- remove trash
- sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils
- place items in racks for dish machine
- sort and stack clean dishes
- carry clean dishes to cook's line and storage areas
- change dishwater in the dish machine as required
- wash pots, pans, and trays
- fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- assemble and disassemble the dish machine
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish room and adjacent areas
