Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to handle physically demanding tasks including lifting and moving kitchenware
- Must adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is advantageous
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn and operate automated dishwashing systems
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Operate and maintain automated dishwashing equipment
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Follow food safety standards and health regulations
- Assist with organization and restocking of dishwashing supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to manage workflow
- Support other janitorial or cleaning duties as needed
