Job Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of age (Employment Certificate/Permit required if applicable)
- Physical stamina necessary for constant activity
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate or advanced level
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 16 years of age (Employment Certificate/Permit required if applicable)
- Prior customer service or food service experience preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physical stamina necessary for constant activity
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate or advanced level
Job Duties
- Wash, air dry, and properly store all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dish machine, sinks, counters, and floors
- Remove trash and ensure proper disposal in designated receptacles
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
- Support the dining room team by helping clear tables as needed
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules to meet health and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with Elderwood policies, procedures, and safety practices
- Arrive to work on time and contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment
