Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Able to stand or walk 100 percent of the shift
Able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Able to work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
Able to read and write handwritten notes
Must adhere to company dress guidelines
Must be friendly and maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance
Must be self-motivated and disciplined

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
Must be disciplined and self-motivated
Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not required
Able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
Able to operate safely in noisy, fast-paced environments
Able to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Able to handle physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action
Use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
Safely operate all equipment
Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
Sort all dishware and flatware carefully to prevent loss or disposal
Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Handle all glassware and dishware carefully to eliminate breakage
Empty trash in the kitchen and maintain trash cans
Assist other kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
Assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
Assist with prep and banquet items as directed by management
Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
Maintain kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
Clean and maintain all mats
Assist other team members as needed or when business demands
Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with all team members
Smile and be friendly while working days, nights and/or weekends
