Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Able to stand or walk 100 percent of the shift
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
  • Able to work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
  • Able to read and write handwritten notes
  • Must adhere to company dress guidelines
  • Must be friendly and maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
  • Must be disciplined and self-motivated
  • Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not required
  • Able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • Able to operate safely in noisy, fast-paced environments
  • Able to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Able to handle physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action
  • Use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • Safely operate all equipment
  • Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
  • Sort all dishware and flatware carefully to prevent loss or disposal
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
  • Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Handle all glassware and dishware carefully to eliminate breakage
  • Empty trash in the kitchen and maintain trash cans
  • Assist other kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
  • Assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
  • Assist with prep and banquet items as directed by management
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
  • Maintain kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
  • Clean and maintain all mats
  • Assist other team members as needed or when business demands
  • Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with all team members
  • Smile and be friendly while working days, nights and/or weekends
