Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- genuine interest in caring for elderly residents

- ability to maintain patience and tact when dealing with residents, family members, and guests
- willingness to continue learning and improving skills
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- willingness to work holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing equipment to perform essential functions
- ensure dishwashing duties comply with Touchmark Gold Standards
- notify supervisor or management of needed repairs
- keep supervisor informed of equipment performance and supply needs
- maintain a clean environment for residents, guests, and team members
- adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
- support team members in dining services as needed
