Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail
ability to stand for extended periods
good communication skills
flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
dispose of trash and keep work area clean and safe
assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks
restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies
follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a sanitary environment
report maintenance issues to management
