Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- dispose of trash and keep work area clean and safe
- assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks
- restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies
- follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a sanitary environment
- report maintenance issues to management
