Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- willingness to work irregular hours dictated by events
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions
- physical ability to work in wet and humid conditions and near moving mechanical parts and toxic or caustic chemicals
- ability to work in noisy environments
- regular attendance in conformance with company policies
Job Qualifications

- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- maintains sanitary and safe work environment
- maintains clean dry floors and walls at all times including sweeping and mopping
- scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine
- washes pots pans trays worktables walls ranges refrigerators and meat blocks
- segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers
- steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- sets up maintains and works dishwashing stations at events
- helps keep all china glass and silver in place and in order
- performs all other duties as assigned
