Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a dishwashing or similar hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work night shifts
- Excellent hygiene and sanitation awareness
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, responsible, and able to perform under pressure
- Valid work authorization for the United States

Job Duties
- Clean all dirty items placed in dish station are washed/sanitized timely with little or no breakage
- Ensure that dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other utensils are clean/sanitized and available for use as promptly as possible with little or no breakage
- Ensure dishwashing station is maintained with a high level of cleanliness while completing washing assignments
- Perform tasks as assigned on daily checklist
- Perform deep cleaning of items when required
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen is above the level expected by the Health Department
