Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age and legal work authorization in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work effectively in a team and pay attention to detail
- Capacity to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen utility role is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Commitment to following safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Operate dishwashing machinery and equipment safely and correctly
- Empty trash bins from kitchen and other areas
- Support cooks with food preparation and making signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- Focus on the team and customers in all decisions
- Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
