Job Duties
- communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
- are responsible for keeping the dish area organized, clean, sanitized and running smoothly
- maintain the proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- follow safety and hygiene protocols
- operate dishwashing machines efficiently
- ensure all utensils and plates are spotless and ready for use
