Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
able to pass a drug test excluding marijuana
able to complete tuberculosis test and physical evaluation
covid-19 and influenza vaccinations as mandated by law
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation is a plus
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail
ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
physical stamina to handle prolonged standing and lifting

Job Duties

clean dishes and pots using mechanical or manual methods
clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and general areas
store and rotate food and supplies to maintain safety
follow all food safety and sanitation standards
maintain a safe and orderly kitchen environment
assist in janitorial duties in dining and kitchen areas
support team members by ensuring timely cleaning of dishware and utensils
