Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous dishwashing experience recommended
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physical capacity to lift and move kitchen supplies

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or using dishwashing machine ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- Washes pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures maintaining hygiene standards
- Polishes silverware using burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel or by hand ensuring thorough cleanliness
- Ensures compliance with safety procedures and maintains chemical levels and temperatures as required
- Keeps dishwashing area clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and cleans food preparation surfaces such as worktables, walls, and refrigerators
- Removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- transfers supplies between storage and work areas
- Assists with loading and unloading supplies as needed
- Performs other assigned duties as required
