Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the age of hire unless otherwise required by state law
- ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
- frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 40 lbs, for short distances
- ability to work with hot water for most of the shift, and in work areas that have an elevated air temperature
- ability to work with varying noise levels
- frequent communication with managers and team members

- Support other back of house functions as needed, ensuring that all areas of the restaurant run smoothly is a shared responsibility among the team

Job Duties
- Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work
- work directly with team members to ensure all needs are met in a timely manner
- maintain proper food handling procedures and ensure sanitation of work areas, complying with food handling requirements
- work closely with team members to ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed according to company standards
- collect bus tubs and dirty dishes from both FOH and BOH areas
- ensure a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, and utensils for cooks, servers, and bartenders
- re-stock areas for easy access by other staff members
- provide support to cooks as needed, including occasional station assignments
- communicate with fellow team members and management to stay informed and ensure smooth operations
- maintain clean and organized work areas, including sweeping and mopping when necessary
- assist with overall kitchen cleanliness, including taking out trash
- complete running and end-of-shift side work, ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next dishwasher
- notify management immediately of any potential problems or issues
