Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
  • Basic English proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork
  • Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English

Job Duties

  • Start every shift prepared by setting up a clean and organized dish area
  • Follow daily routines and keep up with all cleaning checklists
  • Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift
  • Keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe
  • Ensure a clean work environment by breaking down and removing all garbage and boxes to the dumpster or designated area
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to keep clean supplies moving and stations ready
  • Communicate with managers and teammates to stay ahead of kitchen needs
  • Take pride in keeping the heart of the restaurant running smoothly
  • Help create a clean and welcoming environment for both guests and teammates
  • Go beyond cleaning by helping with light kitchen prep or receiving deliveries when needed
  • Keep dish machines and kitchen equipment clean and in good condition
