Job Duties
- Ensure all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen environment
- Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently and safely
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth workflow
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues with dishwashing equipment
- Assist with sorting and storing clean items appropriately
- Follow all health and safety regulations strictly
