Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
physical stamina to stand and lift up to 25 pounds
ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
legal authorization to work in the United States

Prior experience in a restaurant is preferred but not required
excellent communication skills
ability to stand for long periods

comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Load run and unload the dish machine
maintain adequate levels of clean tableware
keep the dish machine clean and ensure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective
report any problems immediately
handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
be available to work weekends and some holidays
fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operation
