Job Duties
- wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- support team members in maintaining health and safety regulations
