Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen support preferred
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- physical stamina to stand, lift, and carry heavy items
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours
- ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties
- Washes pots, pans, and trays and polishes silver
- segregates and removes trash and places it in the designated containers
- sweeps and mops floors
- washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and all other surface areas
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- restocks tools and supplies for the next shift
- walks the floors and picks up any room service/bar trays
- maintains temperature logs
- keeps walk in cooler/freezer organized
- busses tables
- may assist in setting up banquet tables
- helps line cook properly store food, prep and date food
