Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a dishwashing or restaurant sanitation role is an advantage
Ability to follow health and safety regulations
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Basic food handling knowledge is a plus

Job Duties

Cleaning and maintaining all restaurant areas
Cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
Operate dishwashing machines and other equipment safely and correctly
Empty all kitchen and other area trash receptacles
Work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, making Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and other tasks as needed
Focus on team and customers ensuring every decision considers their needs
Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
