Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or restaurant sanitation role is an advantage
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic food handling knowledge is a plus
Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining all restaurant areas
- Cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Operate dishwashing machines and other equipment safely and correctly
- Empty all kitchen and other area trash receptacles
- Work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, making Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and other tasks as needed
- Focus on team and customers ensuring every decision considers their needs
- Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
