Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen sanitation role a plus
- Ability to work under strict sanitary conditions
- Willingness to adhere to chemical safety guidelines
- Ability to stand and walk continuously
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to teamwork and positive attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours if necessary
Job Qualifications
- Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily
- Willingness to follow instructions and procedures carefully
- Physical ability to stand and walk 100% of the time
- Capability to lift items up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene and follow uniform dress code
- Good communication skills to maintain open line with management
Job Duties
- Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures
- Clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management
- Keep dish room clean at all times
- Keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods
- Clean dish machine after every meal
- Sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each day, and empty mop bucket
- De-lime the dish machine once a week
