Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and restaurant touchpoints
- adhere to all health and safety standards and sanitation procedures
- support kitchen and front-of-house staff with timely dishwashing
- assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- follow all company policies and procedures
