Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical stamina to lift heavy items and perform repetitive tasks
- willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic understanding of sanitation and hygiene practices
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is an asset
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwasher or by hand
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- properly sort and store clean dishes and utensils
- assist kitchen staff as needed with cleaning tasks
- monitor dishwashing chemical supplies and report shortages
- comply with health and safety regulations
- support team members in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment
