Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a similar dishwashing role
Valid Texas Food Handlers license
Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently and stand or walk for extended hours
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check

Job Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities preferred
Applicable work history and Texas Food Handlers license required
Able to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 8-12 hours
Must pass a background check
Must be at least 18 years old
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

Work as a dishwasher during events
Collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware and load and unload the dishwasher
Hand wash items as necessary
Store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware appropriately
Ensure there are enough cleaned dishes at all times especially during peak service time
Remove garbage regularly
Sanitize the kitchen area including the floors
Ensure compliance with HACCP within the kitchen areas
Exhibit a teamwork atmosphere
Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of nights/weekends
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
