Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dishwashing area
- Organize and stock clean dishes and utensils for service
- Assist kitchen staff as needed with basic food preparation or cleaning tasks
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
