Job Duties

maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen dishware and smallwares
ensuring all dishes meet food safety and sanitation standards
monitoring dish machine performance and wash temperatures
disposing of trash and removing linen bags

working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations
