high school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
physical ability to lift heavy items and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties

maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
ensure all dishes, glassware, and smallware are cleaned and stocked
adhere to food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
manage trash disposal and linen bag removal
monitor dishwashing equipment performance
ensure wash and rinse temperatures meet state requirements
collaborate effectively with the culinary team
