high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
willingness to comply with health and safety standards
ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
good physical condition to handle the demands of the job

Job Duties

clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and kitchen equipment
maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and surrounding kitchen
ensure all dishes and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and meet sanitation standards
assist with proper disposal of waste and recycling materials
support team members by restocking clean dishes and utensils as needed
adhere to health safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
report any maintenance or repair needs to management
