Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate effectively with others
Commitment to impact positively in the role
Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
Ability to remain stationary and have well-paced mobility for up to four hours
Willingness to work in hot and damp environments
Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks
Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
Frequent hand washing with disinfectant soap

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
Ability to follow instructions and maintain focus during repetitive tasks
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of all dishwashing areas and equipment
Operate dishwashing machines and ensure all dishes, utensils, and cookware are sanitized
Assist in general kitchen utility tasks such as trash removal and cleaning kitchen floors
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Follow health and safety protocols including proper use of protective gear
Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
Support team members in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
