Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

- Physical stamina to handle manual labor and long periods of standing

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize plates, glassware, and utensils

- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support team efforts to deliver excellent guest service
- Dispose of waste and manage recycling properly
