Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- ability to safely reach, bend, stoop frequently
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in hot and damp environments
- capability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
- frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap
- good finger and hand dexterity

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
- operate dishwashing equipment efficiently
- assist with general utility tasks as needed
- communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- lift and move kitchen supplies and equipment
- support team in maintaining smooth back-of-house operations
