Job Requirements

No prior restaurant experience required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices

Job Duties

Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
Operate dishwasher machine efficiently and safely
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed
Monitor inventory of dishwashing supplies and report shortages
Follow all health and safety regulations
Support a team-first work environment
