Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Pass a drug screen and background investigation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items as required
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations strictly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions and maintain high hygiene standards
- Friendly and dependable with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Duties
- Wash dishes and kitchen utensils efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen as required
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation support as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Manage inventory of dishwashing supplies and notify supervisors when restocking is needed
- Operate dishwashing equipment properly and report any malfunctions
- Support the hospitality team by maintaining a friendly and cooperative attitude
