Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distractions
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to move about facility and stand for long periods
- able to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- able to dress neat and professional according to dress guidelines
- willing to comply with all company policies
- able to demonstrate clear communication
- physically capable to perform duties
Job Qualifications
- must have ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be self-motivated and disciplined
- ability to smile and maintain friendly demeanor during shifts
- previous maintenance experience in hospitality preferred but not required
Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience combining food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keeps supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and takes corrective action or suggests alternatives
- uses all chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- operates all equipment safely and correctly
- cleans and sanitizes dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils
- carefully sorts all dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
- adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies
- empties trash and maintains trash cans
- assists kitchen staff with pressure points, line maintenance, sweeping, clearing dishes, prep and banquet items as directed
- cleans and maintains kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls, drains and mats
- assists in maintaining kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
- supports other team members as needed to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- maintains professionalism in appearance and behavior
