Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, and utensils thoroughly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- sanitize guest and team member touchpoints to support health and safety
- maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- assist in managing waste and recycling to keep the work environment organized
- support other team members as needed for smooth restaurant operations
- report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
