Job Duties

  • wash dishes, glassware, and utensils thoroughly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
  • sanitize guest and team member touchpoints to support health and safety
  • maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • follow all safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
  • assist in managing waste and recycling to keep the work environment organized
  • support other team members as needed for smooth restaurant operations
  • report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
