Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Strong organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Must comply with all safety, sanitation, and company policies
Ability to obtain necessary licenses or certifications as required by local authorities
Must maintain personal grooming standards as specified in the employee training manual

Job Qualifications

Any combination of education and experience equivalent that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
High school education preferred
Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates such as local health department certification and state liquor control board certificate
CPR certification and/or first aid training preferred
Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance according to company standards

Job Duties

Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50lbs while adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines
Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Effective communication skills
Provides support to BOH staff while adhering to all safety and sanitation, and company policies and procedures
Interacts with the staff and guests in a positive manner as to achieve our desired result of achieving 100% guest satisfaction
Ensures flatware, glassware, china, etc. are properly washed and put away
Assists in various BOH tasks
Basic cleaning
Stocking
Emptying garbage and recycling bins
Maintains chemical cleaners at appropriate levels
Properly cleans and maintains equipment to ensure proper operation
Reports any equipment issues to BOH management
