Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must comply with all safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Ability to obtain necessary licenses or certifications as required by local authorities
- Must maintain personal grooming standards as specified in the employee training manual
Job Qualifications
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- High school education preferred
- Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates such as local health department certification and state liquor control board certificate
- CPR certification and/or first aid training preferred
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance according to company standards
Job Duties
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50lbs while adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Effective communication skills
- Provides support to BOH staff while adhering to all safety and sanitation, and company policies and procedures
- Interacts with the staff and guests in a positive manner as to achieve our desired result of achieving 100% guest satisfaction
- Ensures flatware, glassware, china, etc. are properly washed and put away
- Assists in various BOH tasks
- Basic cleaning
- Stocking
- Emptying garbage and recycling bins
- Maintains chemical cleaners at appropriate levels
- Properly cleans and maintains equipment to ensure proper operation
- Reports any equipment issues to BOH management
