Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous dishwashing or kitchen sanitation experience preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to work morning shifts on specified days
physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
adherence to food safety standards
excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

Wash FOH & BOH dishes
maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards
maintain organization of kitchen supplies and equipment
maintain organization of cleaning supplies and assist executive chef with inventory monitoring
contribute with the rest of the team to basic kitchen cleaning and chores
collaborate with other team members to maintain efficient kitchen operations
