Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds consistently

Job Qualifications

- Prior dishwashing experience preferred

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all dishware and kitchen equipment
- Maintain dish machine ensuring minimum temperature requirements
- Clean dishwasher, change water as needed, and clean curtains and traps
- Air dry dishes and ensure proper storage
- Inspect dishes and re-wash if necessary
- Remove trash, break down boxes, and maintain floors
- Complete deep cleaning projects and clean other areas such as break rooms
- Anticipate and respond to business levels to meet customer needs
- Assist team members within and outside the department
- Use all equipment properly and adhere to safety procedures
- Monitor and control use of dishwashing chemicals
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with regulations
- Follow emergency and incident procedures
- Produce required work volume by planning and prioritizing
- Adhere to attendance, grooming, and departmental policies
- Assist in banquet plating and food preparation assignments as needed
