Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
- Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
- Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- Working as one kitchen by supporting the cooks with prep work, preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits and other tasks as needed
- Focusing on team and guests with every decision made
- Following all cleanliness and safety protocols
