Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to handle cleaning chemicals safely
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic understanding of sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize plates, glassware, and utensils
- maintain cleanliness of guest and team member touchpoints
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- manage dishwashing equipment operation
- support kitchen and service team by maintaining adequate supply of clean dishes
- report any maintenance issues to management
- assist with kitchen cleanliness as needed
