Job Duties
- Ensure proper supply of clean dishware, utensils, and glassware for the dining room
- Clean all cooking utensils, pots, and pans for kitchen staff
- Assist in maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
- Stock all items throughout the shift
- Complete side work including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Perform other housekeeping or kitchen prep tasks as assigned
- Work cooperatively with team members to support restaurant operations
