Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen sanitation role preferred

Job Duties

Ensure proper supply of clean dishware, utensils, and glassware for the dining room
Clean all cooking utensils, pots, and pans for kitchen staff
Assist in maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
Stock all items throughout the shift
Complete side work including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
Perform other housekeeping or kitchen prep tasks as assigned
Work cooperatively with team members to support restaurant operations
