Job Requirements
- must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks training
- must attend and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision
- must successfully attend and complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations such as food and or alcohol service certifications
- ability to stand walk reach and occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds
- maintain clean trimmed fingernails
- keep hair clean and underneath the Twin Peaks hat
- adhere to uniform standards including wearing a clean Twin Peaks black hat and kitchen shirt with belt
- no jewelry allowed on ears face neck or wrists
- no headphones or earbuds allowed
- clean shaven or maintain beards and mustaches
- fingernails must be kept trimmed
Job Qualifications
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand and follow policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
Job Duties
- adhering to uniform standards
- adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure heart of house standards safety and sanitation and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- ability to work as a team
- train using tablets or computer
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping mopping cleaning tables
- any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
