Job Requirements

  • must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks training
  • must attend and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision
  • must successfully attend and complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations such as food and or alcohol service certifications
  • ability to stand walk reach and occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds
  • maintain clean trimmed fingernails
  • keep hair clean and underneath the Twin Peaks hat
  • adhere to uniform standards including wearing a clean Twin Peaks black hat and kitchen shirt with belt
  • no jewelry allowed on ears face neck or wrists
  • no headphones or earbuds allowed
  • clean shaven or maintain beards and mustaches
  • fingernails must be kept trimmed

Job Qualifications

  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand and follow policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables

Job Duties

  • adhering to uniform standards
  • adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure heart of house standards safety and sanitation and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • ability to work as a team
  • train using tablets or computer
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping mopping cleaning tables
  • any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
