Job Requirements

Must have experience working in fast paced restaurant environment
Regular and reliable attendance

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Clean, sanitize and properly stock all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware
Maintain cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping and mopping
Empty the kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage
Perform daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system
Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas
Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, clean kitchen after close
Perform other duties as required
